How to enjoy heaven for foot
At the end of a long day, there’s no better way to rejuvenate your achy feet than with some rosemary. Fill the foot basin with warm water, and add several rosemary sprigs, salt or essential oils. Not only does it smell great, but rosemary is full of antioxidants and essential oils that will rejuvenate your feet and whole body.
Or, pour a gallon of water into a basin, and then add 1 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and ¼ cup milk. Mix thoroughly, stick your feet in, and relax! The lemon juice is filled with antioxidants, while the protein in the milk nourishes and hydrates.
Give yourself a foot massage
Grasp your foot with both hands and press your thumbs slowly along the bottom of your foot from the heel to the toes. This can be done as one sustained stroke or by walking your thumbs up the centre line of your foot.
Rub the fleshy pad of each toe, then squeeze for 30 seconds. Grab the base of each toe between thumb and forefinger and pull up. Pinch at the web between the toes, especially between the first two.
And continue to the ball of foot.
