Missing handles on 5 bags

I got this bags for my daughters wedding out of town guests, they were what i was looking for but 3 bags came without handles an two of them when I put my contents and picked the bags the handles came off so 5 bags out of my order were damaged. Its unfortunate because the bags itself were well made.

Arrived on time, matched product description. Little more sturdy and better quality than I had thought it would be. Very Happy.
