Replacing the screws with these snap screws is a piece of cake. The black screen snaps right on. ZERO light comes through. Here’s the issue, this doesn’t breathe at all. If your camping in the winter, you will get quite a LOT of condensation build up between the window and the screen. Just take it off when your not using it.

Perfect fit on the Lippert door window on our 2020 Forrest River NoBo 19.2. Looks great. Blocks out the sun, and any outdoor lights in the evening. Very happy with our purchase and the seller.

We used our motorhome for the first time a few weeks ago and oh my was the light blasting through the door window bright. We had to do something so I found this window cover. The next trip was so much more pleasurable, no sun waking us up before we wanted to get out of bed. And really, why get up with the sun when youre on vacation...so, Do NOT buy this, unless you want a totally dark window!

Velcro does not stay in place. This blocks the light great. I cleaned the window frame thoughly but it keeps coming off. I bought 2 for our seasonal trailer - one for the door window and one for the shower skylight and neither Velcro will stay in place either with the shade attached or without. I love my Latch-it covers in our traveling trailer with the snaps!

As for blocking out the light it does a great job but the adhesive on the velcro is horrible when you try and pull the shade up the adhesive and the strips of velcro come with it. And I cleaned the surface with alcohol and let it dry too.

I tried vinyl cling tint to the door of our RV. It worked for a while but started peeling around the edges since it had to be applied to the outside of the door due to the texture on the inside of the glass, so it was exposed to wind and weather. Some other window covers were expensive or required drilling new holes to attach. This window cover is PERFECT! I just replaced the four corner screws in the window frame with the best options from the provided snaps and then I snapped the shade on with no problem! Perfect fit! It is exactly what I want!

Easy to install. Keeps out so much heat! Amazing what a difference it makes! Keeps out the bright sun in the morning too! Highly recommend!

Very very pleasantly surprised. Kept the rig cooler and truly blocked the sun 100%. The 3M strips didnt work as well as I hoped. Get yourself some Command Velcro Strips, they work like a charm.
