Best hair cream I’ve ever used. I’ve been using all different types of hair gel, hair cream, hair paste and this one does the trick.

I have loved Layrite since my barber first introduced it to me. I have always preferred the Layrite Blue which has a great consistency and smells great but most importantly does the trick. My barber would always be sold out of it so I decided to order the large size and am very pleased. I dont think you can go wrong with this product.

Works great on my curly hair. I am a guy and have thick curly hair that doesnt want to behave. This seems to help. Make sure to apply when damp not wet.

If you want great hold without the sticky mess this is a great option. Smells great just a small amount in the palm of your hand in wet or dry hair and away you go. Holds all day.

I got duped! I was really excited to get this because my barber used it and I loved it. At the salon it smelled amazing and held great. I ordered this and I immediately knew something was different. It felt more like clay and smells like playdough. There is definitely something off and Im really disappointed cause I was so excited to get this... Now I spent $35 for playdough :c

This is the only hair product that works for my husband. He combs his hair back on top and it is slightly poofy. Other products are either too strong and hes left with stiff, plastic hair or they dont hold well enough and strands start falling down onto his forehead within 10 minutes.

I originally bought the smaller size. One of the things I loved most about it was that it was light and airy, but with good hold - almost like a whipped mousse or something where it kind of had air bubbles throughout the cream. Convinced that this was a product for me, I upgraded to the big tub. It still works great, but seems thicker and heavier - more like a paste (but its still lighter than other products like Bed Head matte separation wax which Id previously used). Still, this is a great product, with great hold and still has a lighter feel. Best of all, it washes out easily, even just with water, but doesnt really run from sweat or regular wear. So unlike other high hold, matte products, it wont build up if you shower but dont shampoo.
