    Highly recommended if you work mostly with stainless steel, all the other anti-seize pastes (like nickel, silver .... ) work too and keep the threads free from galling, but they contain metal flakes which is not good for stainless steel especially on shaft/bearing connections. For stainless steel use only LB 8009 Heavy Duty or food grade anti-seize. Its expensive compared to the other anti-seize types, but worth all the money if you work a lot with stainless steel.
