LCD Touch Screen Display Assembly for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2019 T290 SM-T290 LCD Screen Digitizer Replacement (Black)

Ive received 2 slightly different products when ordering this. Both have the same packaging. the better of the two has a removable blue tab on the shorter ribbon cable that makes it easier to thread and decent adhesive strips (pictured bottom). the other while having a nearly identical screen did not have this blue tab and had some pretty awful 3m strips (pictured top, curved). With the later I had to purchase a screen adhesive as the 3m strips were absolute garbage. If you get the one with the floppy 3m strips, just send it back, there is a night and day difference between these 2 versions ability to easily be assembled.

Was simple to install

Bought this to repair the screen of my daughter tablet. Went through pain staking process of being super careful when placing it on the tablet. Tested the connection before I sealed the tablet. Then nothing. The backlight lit up but thats all that happened. Would love a refund but sadly cant get it processed.

I have used this screen protector for over a year. I replaced it just now because I dropped my iPad violently and only cracked a small part of the protector with no damage to the screen. I got this again because it doesnt show finger prints and there is no glares from being near a light source. I enjoy the soft noise it makes when writing on it. It sounds like scribbling on paper. The surface is not slick as with most protectors, but it is smooth. The main reason for keeping this around is that it works so well with digital art. Procreate us the main app I use with it and illustrater. Highly recommend for digital artist or avid note takers!

This product was very cheap quality! The glue strips were worthless and did not keep the screen inside the frame. Even the other glues recommended were ridiculous. In less than 2 weeks, it started to rise out of the frame. Also- the tempered glass that came along with the screen was so sticky- as soon as I pulled it off to replace it, the whole screen cracked in my hand! This is not valuable nor did it help in anyway. The screen is cracked once again, but now it is on the opposite side of the old one. Touch was good. Easy installation... Terrible adhesion, which caused the screen to crack in half in less than 2 weeks! Bought late July. Broke early August! #shame

Screen came well packaged and with a neat tool kit. However there was no adhesive in the kit to install properly. I installed the screen with old adhesive, it worked for about 2 weeks before it broke.

Good product, work great for my tablet

Ez Install. Didnt come with screen glue. It works but you can yell a difference in the screen quality. Definitely a downgrade.
