Item as described, its easy to use, one issue with the text fonts, i dont know is it normal that you have to download the font every time you connect to it? Other wise everything is fine

very easy to connect to my phone and i can add riders names to it very quick. its a little bit bigger than I thought and its very easy for riders to see their name when approaching the car. I was on my 4th ride share uber sign because they keep going out. this device has a nice thick cable to it. it has a lot of different features you can use that includes adjusting the brightness of the sign. it scrolls rolls flashes lasers etc. I got several comments on it today.

It is a great car light, and what I really like about it is that it memorizes the last setting, even after days not being plugged in, when you turn it on again it will go to the last setting you had it on. I got the blue light, it looks great, and I like that I can write different words or sentences I and display them as I wish. For one word that fits in the screen I like to use the UP or Down feature, for longer words and sentences I like it to move from left to right. I also bought a 6 foot USB extension cord, because the cord this thing comes with is not long enough to reach the front of my car and I dont have a USB port in the back. So if you are going to use this light in your rear window and your USB port is in the front panel (under stereo/screen) then you will probably need a 6 foot USB extension cord, especially if you run the cables like me - I run them around the seats so I can hide the cable. Overall a great light, I highly recommend it!

First, I’ve never heard the words “it’s too small”!!! But seriously, this works very well, easy to use BUT if your goal is to send a message (good, bad or otherwise) to another driver while driving in anything but very close bumper to bumper traffic, this item is useless. From 5ft away, it’s already hard to read let alone two plus car lengths at 60+ mph. Great product otherwise, please make a BIGGER version!

Used it as a display for words as an improvised gadget for Heads Up game. It was great for the other contestants to see the word but, wasnt for the one typing the words. Hope it wasnt disconnecting as much. I know it wasnt used for its intended purpose but hey we just tweaked it so we can use it for something fun!
