Leather All Purpose Utility & Charger Case for MacBook, iPad & Laptop Handmade by Hide & Drink :: Espresso

I like it, but will be returning it. Why? I expected the product to have depth on the interior given the pictures and it doesnt. Otherwise well made product and I already purchased the bigger one to use as a cord bag.

Loved the idea of having a case for my wires and accessories. It is functional and versatile and easy to use. The only thing is that it is a bit small. I can just barely put my air iMac cable into it securely. Further, I do not have the room to include the expandable cable or other accessories used with and for my iMac. I like the product, I just wish that it could have been a little bigger for the cost. Otherwise, I’m ok with just packing my cable.

An attractive leather bag that seems well made, although I havent used it long enough to make a final judgement. Very touchable suede. It needs more time to age properly and wear off the excess dye, both inside and out, but thats normal for this sort of item. Im giving it four stars out of five only because I cannot use it for its intended purpose: to carry my MacBook Pro power adapter and extension cord. The picture of the bag is somewhat deceiving, in that it shows a smaller, 45W or 60W power adapter with the attached cable coiled separately rather than wrapped around the adapters wings. I want to carry a larger, 85W power adapter *and* an extension cord, and when I looked at the picture and the product dimensions, I mistakenly thought I could. Nope, they do not fit, at least not without a struggle. The key is that the bag is flat, with no real depth or thickness to accommodate its contents. As such, when you try to put a power adapter and extension cord into the bag, it must decrease in height and width in order to increase in depth. Basic equation for calculating volume. I realize this is partly my fault for not looking more closely at the picture, but like I said, the picture is deceiving and I think intentionally so. No one actually stows their power adapter like that. No one coils the attached cable like that, and no one needs a bag for a single item. MacBook Pro power adapters have wings specifically to avoid what is shown in the picture. I might find another use for the bag in the future, but for now… meh.

Works great for my solar phone charger and cords.

Will it fit a Mac book or laptop? No. BUT, since I READ the description, I KNEW what size bag I was buying. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this bag! It holds a very nice selection of my favorite pens, and keeps them secure. The leather is soft and beautiful and smells like yummy leather. The zipper is well set and feels sturdy! This is a quality bag and a heck of a deal. saw a bag similar to this at Buc ees for over $80! + I love that it comes in a cute little bag with leather trim. I use this bag for other little things that I dont want rolling around in the bottom of my purse. I am in love with Hide & Drink products!!

The quality of this leather is amazing and the manufacturing is top notch. I am not a fan of delicate, european artsy-fartsy leather. I like my leather to Iook more comfortable on a ranch (although I am not a cowboy) than an aristocratic board room. I absolutely love this bag and may order one or two more as basic carrying cases for other small items. It comfortably fits my Anker 4-USB charging block plus three charging cables for my iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.

The item is well made from real leather. It has the smell of real leather and is hand stitched. It should last a very long time. On the downside it is much smaller than advertised. An I Pad or Laptop? No way, too small. A cellphone with its adapter plus another smallish item and thats about all youre going to fit into it.

I almost did not buy this pouch because the items dimensions on Amazon did not make any sense to me. I called Hide and Darks customer service, and they told me that the pouch is actually 8x 4.5. It proves to be exactly that, and I find it a perfect fit for my laptop accessories. It holds my MacBook Airs power block and cord, an adapter that connects my laptop to a digital projector, a remote control/laser pointer for presentations, and a Kensington mini-mouse. The pouch is now completely filled. The leather is high quality, however its Bourbon Brown color appears much darker than in the photograph here. It looks very well made, and should be quite durable. When a pouch is stuffed as full as mine, the zipper would obviously be the first thing to fail. However this zipper is made by YKK in Brooklyn, NY. It works smoothly, and appears to be very sturdy. This product is well worth its price.

These were so elegant, sturdy and well made! The smell of real leather, set away my fears of an inferior product! I am hoping to get my hands on a few more of these! I bought these for gifts for my friends who travel a lot. I am now almost sad I gave them away! I can not wait until more are made. I have definitely been referring all my friends and family to hide and drink for their leather goods!
