> 24 hourI bought this for my boss for Christmas. He absolutely loves this briefcase! The quality is gorgeous and the size is perfect for a laptop and notebooks. And it even has a separate compartment for pens and cell phone.

> 24 hourAfter only one use of the back strap to hook it to a rolling case the leather tore.. wanted to return but my return period ended end January. Wish I had traveled sooner…

> 24 hourLove the leather, it’s beautiful. The pockets zippers and hardware are all very well made. The only suggestion I would have for the manufacturer is to use a different material for the “back” of the case that runs against your clothes. The dye from the leather can cause brown dirty marks on your pants near your pocket if it rubs against you while walking. There is a warning in the case but that doesn’t stop it from sharing dye with your clothes if it rubs against you. Other than that 10/10 case !

> 24 hourFeels as if it’s made of great quality. Can’t wait to use it. It will s heavier than I expected but I guess that what happens when it’s built solid.

> 24 hourSo far so good. I have it to protect and transport my dell XPS 17. A 1/2” metal clipboard, polo shirt, charger, mouse etc and there’s still plenty of room if I need to expand. It pair great for just a travel bag or a light carry around bag. Can comment on durability as I haven’t had it for long yet. But I have high hopes for it.

> 24 hourI’ve always liked the look of leather briefcases for business and have carried several over the years. Needing a case for my 17” laptop, I went back to what I knew I would like. I’ve not been disappointed with this Mesa Kawa messenger-style case. The brown leather is supple like a classic worn-in briefcase and its new leather smell is an attention grabber. My 17” laptop fits comfortably in the case, and it has ample room for the power supply and an accessory mouse. Other sections of the case are separately zippered and contain space for papers, notebooks, pens, and credit cards. A leather shoulder strap was included and the pocket on the back of the case, the one outside the computer housing section, has a strap for hanging the case over a wheeled luggage handle for traversing through airports or hotel lobbies. When it arrived, an important notification card located in the computer case recommended that the owner wear dark clothing during the first month of use as the brown leather dye may bleed during that period. I haven’t noticed any bleeding during the initial few weeks of use but I’m sure that it will have some leather scratches after a short period, which is OK with me as I think leather scratches make a case inimitable. Several times over the last few days my wife repeatedly said how much she likes my leather computer case. I’ve never known her to be so complimentary of anything having to do with computers. I’m also delighted with this Mesa Kawa leather computer case and enjoy showing it off.
