I got this to make airing my motorcycle tires easier. The stick type of chuck is nearly impossible to fit in the small space between mag spokes and brake discs. This is much smaller and the angle makes it easy to get onto the air stem, both front and rear. You do have to push it on quickly or it lets air out - it engages the stem pin almost immediately when getting it into position. I put this on a threaded quick release attachment with some teflon tape and it doesnt leak. I expect it to work well for years.

The pin in the middle of the chuck that depresses the valve core is much smaller in diameter than any other chuck I have seen. It is so small in diameter that it is difficult to get that pin right onto the valve core. Frequently, the pin misses the valve core and goes between the valve core and the valve stem wall I have already bent a valve core as a result. I will not buy these, again.
