A little smaller than I thought it was, but daughter loved it!

Equality does not mean special treatment. This set recognizes a few exceptional women for their contributions to science while ignoring the countless men who are also deserving of recognition. Something tells me we wont be seeing a Men of NASA set, however.

What a wonderful kit! I bought this for my 6 year old daughter for her birthday and she was able to put together each set with no additional help. When she completed them, we then read about each of the women and talked about what they accomplished in their life. Inspiring.

My son is into legos. I got him this one to show him diversity in NASA as most space stuff sold has men. My son loved it and he had my husband tell him all about the woman.

This is actually a Christmas gift for a granddaughter. She enjoys biographies, legos, and science. It should be a winner. I will write follow up after Christmas.

Just an incredible piece of history from Lego! We love this set. I had tears in my eyes when the Space Shuttle, Challenger, was finished. Although the manufacturers recommended ages are 10 and up, I think an 8 year old would be fine with it. We are experienced builders and have Lego sets of all age ranges and abilities. Definitely a Lego Set to be displayed or enjoyed. As a personal favorite, this one will be displayed in our home. I may have to buy a second one for play!

First platform build is kind of lame, shuttle and telescope are great. Awesome commemorative booklet, and overall a great set

This was a very cool lego set. My 6 yr old daughter had a lot of fun building it and now displays it on her desk. It and the info included has been a great way to feed her budding interest in space.

Ordered for a birthday present, and it was a hit!
