My husband loves legos and rally racing and this set made him very happy. The set was on the smaller side for the price range, its only 250 pieces but the fit and build feels very premium. The fun personality of the 85 Audi S1 has captured by this set without question.

We love Legos. My wife and I like to work on them instead of puzzles. And we love to work on them with our grandkids. This is a moderately complex Lego set. Probably suitable for 5-10 year olds (or grandparents!) It is more complex and has more bricks than many sets, but there are much more complex kits on the other end of the scale. And this set allows you to build a sports car that kids are bound to love to play with after it is built.

My 7 year old completed this set without any assistance in about 40 minutes. The car has a lot of detail including choices in hubcaps. My son enjoyed building the car and playing with it after. Logs are always a hit in our house.

Our LEGO fanatic grandson, still just 5, had a lot of fun building this set. It took about two hours and the build was just challenging enough to keep him interested and eager to keep going. He loved the number and quality of the stickers included for decorating the car. The end result definitely is a quality repro of this famous race car, and since the wheels turn really well, he can play with it as a race car. Sometimes he does this in the second floor hallway so the car careens off the wall and hurtles down the stairs. Of course, some pieces fall off, but he has an interesting attitude— when parts fall off, he gets to rebuild the car. I’d call that LEGO love.

Anyone who loves sports cars or classic cars will get a kick out of this model, which, is impeccably designed after the classic Audi Quattro that revolutionized rally racing. Have fun building while teaching your boy about this legendary car.

This is a great set for a car lover or a lego lover! I honestly think my husband enjoyed this set more than my boys did! Either way, they had a great time putting it together and playing with it. It’s gotten a lot of use since we opened the package. Highly recommend!
