This arrived quick and was really easy to instal and fit great in the face plate i already had. Came with everything i need to get it connected.

Works as intended. Wired up and snapped in with no issues.

I found it a little awkward to do the punch down with the jack on its face. It wanted to wiggle a lot, and one actually broke as I was trying to punch down the wires. You just need to be careful to hold it tight and punch straight down, or youre going to have problems.

Worked great on CAT 6 and CAT 5e. Used these on a major install project, had no problems. Thanks!

I got these to color code my: phone, fax and LAN ports in my wall jacks. The color and design are exactly what I wanted. If you need a phone jack this guy works great.

I bit pricey for a plastic phone jack, but it seems to be the going rate these days everywhere else. It was the same price at Lowes but they were out and this was delivered to my doorstep within 2 days.

Includes plastic punchdown tool and clear cover. Markings on the jack do not match color code on CAT3/5 cable (though they do indicate T1/R1/T2/R2), but the package envelope does show how to wire the BLU/ORG/GRN pairs to the jack. Its a full 6P6C jack.
