The umbrella is small and compact when closed and quite large, especially for a child, when open. The button doesnt require much pressure and/or effort. Pressing the handle in to completely compact the umbrella is easy enough for my child to do it on their own. We opened this on a sunny but windy day it does well with blocking out much of the sun and is actually quite sturdy and held up well against the wind. This us a great compact umbrella for my little Babe Ruth fan.

Gifted this to my mom since she’s a baseball mom and she loved it! Super durable and well made. It is compact. And she used it for a sunny day and can be used for a rainy day as well.

The umbrella arrived last night and it is raining this morning. My bride made a quick trip to the quilt store and took the umbrella with her. The rain had stopped by the time she arrived, so she didnt use it. I opened and closed it a few times. It pops completely open when you push the button. Closing it is a two-handed operation, though. Now I can discard the old umbrella with a broken pop-open mechanism.

This product is slightly disappointing. The stitching and the fabric of the umbrella is definitely not top quality I do not seeing this umbrella lasting very long. I also do not foresee this umbrella with standing any strong gust of wind. This might be better suited for a sun umbrella and not quite a rain umbrella. It is very flimsy and I can see this umbrella might not make it through a tough storm. Overall I am disappointed with the product, after continues wash and use if the product does not continue to warrant the rating I am giving the product I will update the review with information and pictures. Would I purchase this item again, probably not.

Easy to open and close. After closing, just push it into a compact shape if you want. But its not necessary if youre going to place it into a holder or under your desk. Its already pretty compact when closed. Whether the baseball design appeals to you will vary, but on a practical level this is a great umbrella.

This baseball umbrella is such the cutest idea for an umbrella, absolutely. This is for all the baseball moms who spend the evenings and weekends watching their kids play. The only drawback is while the umbrella does block the sun, its still white and super bright but still very lovely. The material feels good and the design is on point.

Great umbrella, nice and big but folds up nicely. Baseball pattern is perfect for this family who watches little league games in rain or shine.

I got these for my 2 year old son and he can hold it very easily when we go outside and its raining and windy. The design is really cute too.

Nice umbrella especially if youre a baseball fan. Its listed as being Auto Open and Close but that is not completely correct. While it will fully open automatically, when you go to close it only the umbrella collapses and then you have to manually compress the shaft. Thats really not a big deal though. It is also advertised as being wind proof. Ive not had the opportunity to test that yet but I suspect it will hold up better than most in this regard but will probably turn inside out when the wind reaches a certain point. Definitely wouldnt expect to withstand a hurricane.

As can be seen from the photos, this umbrella is nearly transparent. There is a button to press that fully opens and closes the umbrella. It can withstand moderate, not strong winds, without flipping during use.
