The parts fit perfectly and are a fraction of the cost compared to the Bissell website. I will definitely reorder.

Our Bussell cross wave (vacuum mop) is back in business and has great suction power again. The roller replacements are just like the originals. I think it was a good value for the money since it was a multipack.

All three of the brushes we received were defective. They froze up and would not spin when put in the machine, didn’t even get one use out of them. Total waste of money.

I am a senior citizen ALWAYS looking for good deals and THIS IS ONE OF THEM!! I highly recommend this product if you own the Multi-Surface Pet Pro.

I was just needing new filters for my Crosswave. However, when I came across this set, I couldn’t pass up the price!

After first sue the filter has a strange rusty orange color inside. Otherwise no issues

You can put the roller in but as soon as you turn machine on there was a grinding noise. I couldnt figure it out so i put in the second one. And same thing. The part that says pull at end of roller spins, but compresses once you turn machine on. I pulled the roller out and the end no longer spends. The pull end is so tight that roller does not spin. So it is worthless. This is not for bissell pet crosswave. Doesnt matter description it doesnt work. Do not buy.
