I bake or open a can and move portions into another holding vessel - such as a freezer safe plastic bag or an oven safe dish - and so I often have half of something (or more) that I plan to eat another time. I can wrap breads in cling wrap and place in a plastic bag and freeze - and the cling wrap stops the frost covered ice on it. So - this holder allows it to sit on my kitchen island and look decorative - not one of those plastic wrap more mechanical or urban feel - more of a home decor look - and so I have accents to match in my kitchen - a sort of cookie jar shaped like a lemon and a kitchen mat that has a similar color scheme.

This is so much better than the one you can purchase at the supermarket, much sturdier.

The built-in cutter makes the plastic wrap much easier to handle than conventional dispensers. The only negative comment I have is about replacement rolls of plastic wrap. Every time I have thought about ordering one, the delivery time is ridiculous. For $3 more, I just replace the whole thing.

Great idea but shipped in plastic bag without protection to item. Consequently the plastic cutting track was damaged making it unusable.

I love that I pull out what I need, slide the cutter through the groove, and it smooth and easy to cut only what I need. The box is heavy enough to stay where I place it. Refills are readily available and easy to put in place.

So durable and easy either slide Ty o cut the Wrap and I bought these for all the ladies and gents on my Christmas list! They all loved them!

I used to hate using plastic wrap because the cutter on the box never cut it straight without tearing and it always stuck to itself. This is so easy and literally cuts straight through the plastic without having to pull and stretch it to get it to cut.
