> 3 dayI play the sims 4 but i mostly got this laptop bc i needed one with better battery life. they said this was the one. i can play sims for 45 minutes before the battery dies & use the internet for 2 hrs. Tech support is great tho. They replaced my battery free of charge and came to me, you just gotta hound them a little to get an answer back.

Greater than one weekThe mouse pad began to fail in weeks and wore out in days, on many occasions I cant even move the cursor with the pad, in weeks the color faded even though I hardly use it because it doesnt respond well.
