I purchased this for a Christmas present in December, so it did not get used until December 25th. By the end of January, the number keys no longer worked and the letter keys are dying one at a time now too. Fortunately this is a touchscreen too or the entire computer would be useless. Of course the return period ended on January 5th.

My keyboard randomly stopped working, some of the keys dont work . It is lightweight and touchscreen however doesn’t seem to last long in terms of longevity

A bit slower than expected quirky as well but overall not bad have to constantly log back in to wifi difficult to add devices

Well its a good little computer for kids at school but a lot of programs are not chrome compatible. Fyi

Mouse pad does not work. I assumed its just how it was with touchscreen devices but turns out, it should work.

Ive read and watched reviews of many different chromebooks trying to decide which one to get for my daughters 10 and 12. The C330 was among the best and I have been completely satisfied with the purchase. My daughters use their chromebooks to do their online homework, watch youtube and Netflix and said the never had any issues at all. Lag was my biggest concern and they havent experienced any. Looks awesome and works great! I also recommend the iColor case.
