It runs not media programs well, let alone the screen barely works touch wise. It wasn’t refurbished correctly and now I have to pay the price. Do your self a favor and find a better seller.

> 24 hourDo not buy Lenovo laptops. The Yoga c740 I bought last July died mysteriously after a year. I am never buying another laptop computer. The Yoga cost me $900, I never went on the internet with it, only ran MS Office on it, and the power supply on the motherboard fried out of nowhere. People...I grew up with computers, and a laptop lasting only a year is UNACCEPTABLE. Consumers need to start demanding better quality computers, and the way to do it is to NOT buy ones of poor quality. I ended up smashing my Yoga with a hammer and throwing it away, but I wish I could have slapped a Lenovo executive in the face with it first. To Lenovo: if you dont improve quality, you will be out of business in a few years.

> 24 hourI loved the laptop, but after 3 weeks the usb-c port stopped working. Lenovo instructed me to send the laptop to them for repair. I was told that it would be evaluated and repaired and sent back to me in 5 days. I followed up with customer service via chat when the laptop had been at the repair center for 5 days - there was no update on the online tracking other than the device had been received. Customer service was not able to tell me anything I couldnt see on the online tracking and told me the repair would be another 3 days. I went through this dance two or 3 more times before giving up. It took ~ a month for me to get the laptop back at which point Id already replaced it because I needed a working laptop for my business. I received an email AFTER I got the laptop back saying that my laptop was on the way.

> 24 hourThe WiFi adapter quit being recognized and all of the aftermarket programs were lost. After a restore to factory settings, they returned? Programs too?After a month, it all was gone again. Lenovo is no help on the manufacturer side. Updating drivers is no help. POS!!

> 24 hourThe laptop is pretty, but it gets stuck. I have few months with the laptop and it freezes sometimes, this does not happens with olders laptops. It’s very defective in that subject, and I can’t know what this is happen. Just sometimes or some days, the laptop does not allow me to work more than 15 minutes. DO NOT BUY THISSSS

> 24 hourOrdered 6 of these for the City I live in so we could do Zoom Meetings and Town business because of Covid . I was elected to set these up for town use. The Laptops work great and do all we need....however....There is a BIOS update for these out of the box, it is all easy to do and installed fine .... but I noticed that after the update, my Battery was continually discharging even when plugged in ! I had to let the Battery get to 0% and shut down, then when I plugged it in it charged normally...... this happened on all 6 laptops we bought..... so be aware and do not Panic, simply deplete the battery and then plug it back in... would have been nice if Lenova had warned of this procedure !
