> 3 dayJunk. There is no help. No instructions. Bought a Dummies book, instructions do not apply. Fee based support. $69.00 for one time help. Look elsewhere. Very sorry I bought Chromebook and Lenovo.

> 3 dayFalse advertisement. Pictures and description say its a C340 but when I recieved the laptop they sent me the C330. Plus, laptop was label New but there was finger print on the laptop screen when I had opened it from the box. DO NOT BUY!!!!

> 3 dayExcellent machine. Will be great for my daughter’s school. And excellent seller. I had an issue with the price that they charged and Cindy helped take care of the problem and made things right. Cindy was excellent and I will definitely buy again.

> 3 dayI was surprised by the Chromebook. Its actually pretty quick and the touchscreen is super intuitive. Im so used to the touchscreen that I find myself trying to operate my other Lenovo without touchscreen the same way. Im 6 months in with the Chromebook and its as good as the day I bought it.

Greater than one weekI bought this 3 months ago and it totally died. Lenovo wont support it as I bought it open box but for a machine to totally dies after 3 months its questionable. My previous lenovo machine lasted roughly 20 months. so I would recommend staying away from Lenovo as it lacks reliability. My wifes macbook pro 2013 is still holding strong. You pay more upfront but you get much better value and long term satisfaction.
