La computadora como tal llegó bien, pero el cargador no funcionaba para nada. Al contactar al servicio al cliente me dicen que devuelva la computadora, pero soy de otro país y al final perdería más dinero así, por lo que tuve que comprar otro cargador en mi ciudad.

The screen goes black randomly. Have to reset to bring the unit back on. Laptop only 2 months old.

Normal for use in office. Touch screen works normally.

Note, my review is not for this product. It is for Lenovo in general. I sent my computer in for repairs 3 months ago, was supposed to receive it back 2 months ago, and still am without my computer. After countless hours on the phone with technical support, customer service, warranty and hardware departments, nobody has located my computer. All I do is get bounced back and forth between departments, told to wait a few more days, and told I will receive phone calls back (never do). I understand these are difficult times with COVID. I have been beyond patient and gracious, but 3 months without a computer is unacceptable. Ive had to miss family birthdays and thanksgiving with my family because of all the waiting I have been doing. Their customer service is terrible, and I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for a computer.

Very fast and stylish laptop. Feels a bit flimsy though.

3 days calling and being forwarded by support. Sent to Microsoft, Lenovo accounting, wrong model department, finally India who wants credit card to continue. 7 phone calls, hours wasted. Nice machine if it worked. never again.

ME AGRADO TODO MUY BUENA COMPRA

Very fast startup, no bloat-ware installed. I love the size and weight, 4lbs for a 15 inch laptop is great. Going out of Windows S-mode was easy, I don’t understand why the S-mode is even offered.
