Came with a sticker on the top that is impervious to goop off, alcohol, bleach and any other common cleaner I sprayed on and left for a day. Weeks later still have a sticky residue and basically unusable.

My adult female ball python loves this!! Its on her cool side of her tank and I made some modifications. I made a wooden base and fixed it to the wood. I put her water on top. She was getting water all over because when in the hide she balls herself up and is able to make the hide tilt. I honestly could ask for a bettet hideout for her

Looks like they tied it to a car and drove around in gravel. Please see pictures. This is 100% unacceptable to send out when you claim to be sending a new product. It doesn’t change the functionality of hide, but it looks like trash in my otherwise nice looking terrarium. I will not keep this. What a joke. Update: A replacement was sent to me which was in New condition. Now I have to drive to a location to have it shipped back. I’m not happy for the hassle and will not be changing my review. The bad one should never have been sent out to begin with and I shouldn’t have to make a trip to return the bad one that you will ultimately sell to someone else. I will be charged for it if I do not return. Rating is now decreasing as a result of poor business practices associated with this item. You should have let me just throw it in the trash instead of making me go out of my way to return this. NOT WORTH MY TIME!!!

So the hide is perfect for my adult ball python. But why on gods green earth did it come with a sticker that acted like it was attached with super glue?? I legit had to scrape it off with a spoon, and it left an awful residue that is going to take some seriously hot water and elbow grease to remove. Please consider not putting a sticker that leaves adhesive residue all over your product. I really want to purchase more for my other snakes, but that was extremely irritating to deal with.

We have a ball python, he’s name is Optimus Python, and he actually really loves this hide. He immediately went right in and hasn’t been out since. He’s a big boy, I worried he wouldn’t fit but it’s just right for him.

Works for my ball python in his new 40 gallon breeder sized terrarium. Easy cleaning. Even the label peeled off easy not leaving any residue. Im giving this 4 stars for the fact I bought two of these but was charged twice. So Ive paid over $90 for only two hides. Im hoping to have this resolved soon.

Ordered for ball python but was to small. But it came in handy for my mouse. No fault to the seller,we should read the lengths.
