> 3 dayOur home came with an 18” on metal Onq box. It was not big enough for the 20 ethernet cables, 20 coax cables, and speaker wires. Upgrading was easy but I did choose to install the tabs on the drywall instead of trying to seat the box flush. The end look is still relatively clean (it’s in a broom closet) and made it incredibly easy to just cut the drywall to accommodate the box and screw it down. I was able to fit all the coax, a 24 port commercial switch, a surfboard modem, an EERO router, and a powerstrip in the box tightly but neatly. It would not have worked if I had chosen to energize and connect the coax as well (which I passed on since we don’t use it). Honestly I think I would run a separate box and fish the coax over if it comes to that. The hinged door is really nice for routers and things where restarts are sometimes necessary. The vented plastic means no signal loss and plenty of airflow. It does feel a bit flimsy and cheap (but still does look nice) but honestly it doesn’t get used that often so I don’t care. The organization system, shelves, and tie downs are solid and I have no concerns of anything snapping or falling.

Greater than one weekWell, the box seems sturdy and wouldve hidden some wireless + wired equipment nicely for me, but the plan was to put it in a closet inside living space in the home and this thing reeks to high heaven of plasticizers and other VOCs. I let it spend a day in the sun to see if that would help, but it barely faded at all. The Mrs. is really sensitive to funny smells and this wouldve been banned from the house had I even made an attempt to install it. Its a shame, because the design is really nice, and less industrial than a metal cabinet or comm rack. I guess Ill be putting all the gear on a sheet of EPVC board and mounting it in the garage. The structured media centers going back to the Amazon Warehouse where I got it, like-new condition, and hopefully someone can give it a third attempt at life. Just too stanky for my home.

Greater than one weekWell worth the money for me, I added the additional trim ring as I was not happy with the rough cut drywall still showing. Got plenty of room for add on equipment. I also had to add some additional wood as this wall had 24 stud centers but is plenty sturdy and I still have access to the left side bottom cabinet.

> 3 dayThe item was delivered as expected. The plastic it is made of is brittle and cheap feeling. More importantly it had a very strong chemical smell which made the whole house smell. I had to put outside and hopefully the smell will dissipate so that I can actually install in the house. Will complete review once installed

> 3 dayworks great ended up filling it pretty fast. Used at structured media panel. Ended up just pre drilling and screwing in my electronic devices as not all the holes line up. And used zap straps to pull wires tight to sides. Looks and works great.

> 3 dayEasy to install and mounted nicely between two studs. Was the perfect size to put the box for our frame TV and I now have no wires in the wall since it accommodates an outlet.
