Leviton DW15A-1BW Decora Smart Wi-Fi Plug-in Outlet, Works with Amazon Alexa, No Hub Required

After purchasing a cheaper model and having them fail, I bought this and have been very happy with it. I have my swamp cooler plugged into it and when I am on my way home, I turn it on in the app so that the house is nice and cool for me by the time I get home. A real energy saver! I wish I would have bought all of the Leviton.

Workes great. Easy to connect to the Leviton app and then into Alexa. I bought these specifically for the downward facing plug to reduce space required behind microwave and countertop oven. Using a “regular” outward facing plug would have added a significant amount of wasted room behind the units. They are significantly more expensive than other outward facing plug options, but they fit the need I had for them and would buy them again if I had similar constraints.

A little expensive and it preforms as intended but the shipping from the seller is horrible. Plan on waiting 3 plus weeks.

One works but plug slips in and out - there is nothing in plug receptacle to hold plug and lamp does not get power. The other one will not connect to Samsung Smart Hub & Echo Alexa. I have 10 total in my house so I m very familiar with resetting them and connecting. Not sure if these were refurbs or just a bad batch but they need returning.

Do not buy. Waste of money

The product was very easy to connect to the phone and sync with my Amazon Echo. It worked perfectly with connecting it to my light system for my Lego sets and has made it easier to turn them on and off. This product exceeded my expectations and I recommend that anybody looking for a smart plug-in to use this Leviton smart plug.
