This is an excellent stand. Only reason I did not give 5 stars as packaging. Broken, crushed and very messy styrofoam.

Awesome product.

Excellent product! I use this while lying in bed at night. I no longer have to hold up my 12.9 iPad which was causing some neck issues for me. The stand is very sturdy and easy to move around in various positions. I have my larger iPad in a thick, full shock proof case and I can get it in and out of the stand with ease.

My husband loves it. He has severe neck problems and now he doesnt have to flex his neck forward.

The stand itself is very solid. Immediately after using the stand for the third time, my smart keyboard stopped working. Spent hours on google trying to troubleshoot the issue. Was about to head to the Apple store and get a replacement when I noticed that the case appeared to be bent at one of the corners. A closer examination revealed that the case wasnt bent - the iPad was! So now I have the harrowing task of carefully trying to bend this $2000 device back into shape without cracking the screen in the process. So far I have restored the shape enough to get the smart keyboard working again, however it is still slightly bent at one side. Definitely would NOT recommend this stand for use with a 12.9 iPad Pro. It barely fits in the first place. When coupled with the fact that the current generation iPad Pro is very thin with a large screen, I guess it it is plausible that any kind of torque at all applied to the tablet would result in a bent device. A very clear warning that this stand should not be used with a 12.9 iPad should be added to the description of the stand.

This is a well designed top quality product which delivers on all its promises as other reviewers have documented. Trying to figure out what to order, however, can be confusing. The G2 is a second generation floor stand. There is an earlier version (which you can distinguish from the G2 by its photo because it has a crook in the arm whereas the G2 has right angles) which is still on the market for a slightly lower price. Other reviewers who are familiar with both versions (I am not) report that the G2 is improved in many respects from the earlier model. Note that the accessory which is bundled with the G2 floor stand is the one which is used for ebooks and iPads. If you want to use the platform to read print books or magazines, you need to purchase the separate G2 book holder accessory. It appears that the book holder accessory for the earlier model floor stand is not interchangeable with the book holder accessory for the G2 floor stand even though they appear identical so make sure you order the right one. My experience with the G2 platform and accessories: total satisfaction. I can lay in bed and use the G2 platform with the book holder accessory and the Levo light to read books at any angle. The books stay firmly in place and the angle can be adjusted by hand without loosening the set screw each time. I can go to sleep without moving the platform or I can push it away with little effort (it is on wheels). The vertical arm telescopes with three sections which are easily adjusted with collets. The horizontal arm can be adjusted by hand but also has set screws which are tightened with coins. The designer has advised me that the floor stand will not tip unless used with a book over four pounds but that the book holder will work with up to an eight pound book if counter weights are placed on the platform base. I have been reading two pound books with no tipping problems. I have also used the ebook/ipad accessory and it works very well. I have now purchased three sets of G2 platforms, book holders and Levo lights--one set for me and two for other family members, who love them as much as I love mine.

This is an authentic legit five-star product. It’s very easy to set up, very easy to use. It’s very sturdy I can also set my gallon yeti on it to roll to my room. It’s very smooth rolls on carpet well.

This is a replacement for the one we accidentally broke at the base of the stand while we were moving. This model is a little different and more up to date which is fine with us.

I was fooled and really its the price 190 that made me think it must have many holding arms. Then I tried to return and I am being charged at least mailing fees to send back. Nonsense, because those that sell on line must accept returns at there cost or stop doing business online
