The device worked really well until the Amazon return window was up. Then the fan wouldnt run on speed 3 or 4 for more then 2 seconds at a time. Reached out to Levoit on Friday and they requested video and the full screenshot of our order. Its now Sunday and the fan doesnt even turn on. Waiting to hear back from Levoit and will update if they step up and fix their product.

Quite, easy to operate and monitor via WiFi. Room air seems much cleaner and refreshing.

I would not buy this again. Terrible, the screen after a week keeps intermittently turn off. Also i don’t think it works well many times it will turn off even if i set it to work 10 hours a day. Most of all it does not remove smells or odors as it claims. Even in a small open room which you would think would be a simple task it does not work good. I give this a -10 out of 10. Try locking for another brand I do not recommend this one.

i initially purchased to clear out the air for common area between apartments. it did very well to remove the smoke from my tenants floor. Then the smoke from the Canadian wildfires hit the tri state area. The purifier detected poor quality air due to the seeping from the air conditioner unit nearby. after removing the unit and increasing the purifier to max. it kept my home clear of any air quality issues. another great feature is the app to control the fan speed and turning the unit on/off. havent had the time to test the scheduling feature.

I ordered one of these and was very impressed with the odor control while having it next to my cat litter box. I decided to return it because I was still testing out other Levoit purifier models and needed more time to make a final decision on which one I wanted to keep. After deciding I wanted to go ahead with this model, I ordered the Vital 200s purifier again, and this time the one that arrived had a very distinctive loud motor knocking/clicking sound that was very annoying. It gives the impression it could break at any moment. I tried to see if I could do a simple exchange via Amazon, but exchange was not listed as an option for this device; only return. I asked Amazon customer service via chat if they could help facilitate an exchange, and they said they could only help me cash in on the product warranty if I wanted an exchange. No one should have to use up a warranty for a brand new defective product, so I will be returning this completely. I saw motor clicking mentioned twice for two Vital 200s machines in another review, so maybe this is a common issue for this product. I was initially very impressed with the odor control, if I could just get another model sent to me that doesnt click. Seeing as this is a complicated toss up, Im now re-thinking this entire machine. UPDATE: After posting this review and returning this machine, the day I finally received my refund, I got an email from Amazon seconds after, threatening my account because, I have been returning too many defective items. Well maybe stop sending me defective items that need to be returned? I will be more cautious in making big (and small) Amazon purchases going forward, since clearly returning more expensive items alerts some kind of flag for them.

Love the functionality of this purifier it is easy, not super loud and does a great job!

Because from the first day I turned it on it ran with the blue circle. Problem with that is that means the air is good quality and that’s not possible! There’s demolition going on all day across the street. That consists of absent asbestos and iron. There’s dust all over the house with no improvement and get this. I called the company up to ask him about you know hey what’s going on and they said it wasn’t their machine! So needless to say, I was not so sure they’d be any customer support down the road, so I returned it.
