Just replaced the filter for Levoit air purifier in October and it already has a terrible smell.

OEM filter for a great purifier

This was a replacement on one I’ve had almost six months. Pure and perfect. Good fit and made very durable. Easy to install.

I have bought 5 of these air purifiers for myself and my mom. They work very well and are easy to maintain. I did have an issue with the last one so I contacted the company. They asked a couple of questions and then sent me a replacement very quickly with no hassles at all. Great service!

I bought a levoit core air purifier for pets. I went to buy a new filter and bought this one thinking its the correct one because it literally says LEVOIT core pet allergy replacement. I searched up and down the page to make sure it was the one I needed. In the end it wasnt, it was slightly larger and for some other LEVOIT air purifier for pets (how many different ones does LEVOIT make for pets, seriously?). We tried calling Amazon and contacting the supplier for a replacement or return but was given no help, and so now we wasted $64 and stuck with an air filter thats useless to us. Im never buying anything from LOVOIT again.

I read a review that one customer keeps the air purifier on “auto” which she thought would extend the life of the filter so I am going to try that with my new replacement filter. My 1st filter lasted almost 14 months which I thought was really good considering I have 3 dogs.

I didnt even realize my other filter was so dirty until i changed it out. Much better now i can relax my air is safe

Good stuff

The OME filters work 10 times better than any after market ones. Yes they are more money BUT in this case it IS worth it.
