Id like to start by saying this printer/copier/fax machine is awesome! It was very simple to setup with a Qr code with step by step instructions. It came well packaged it is a little heavier but very durable seems to be built very well! I especially like the double sided print abilities and havent encountered any paper jams! I print alot of labels for my business and this printer does a excellent job at it. Its wireless and easy to setup to your phone or computer. This is a fantastic printer. I got this printer for my home business and it does everything I could possibly want. Every feature has made this printer an enormous time saver - priceless!! It prints envelopes and labels with ease. It prints many page documents easily and so quickly (amazing time saver) and even does double sided if needed. The two sided scanning is immensely helpful and saves me so much time. It prints wirelessly which is so helpful and easy to use. Not to mention the wireless set up was one of the easiest things ever! So straightforward and quick. You can tell every aspect of this printer and its features are well thought out with the user in mind. After many years with our inkjet printer we decided to try a laser printer and this one caught our eye . The price was good and the ratings were generally very good. My only issue being a man with large hands is the touchscreen numbers and letters are hard for me to get right. But I have a daughter to assist me with that! I think this printer is very fast and the images are very clear. There are many features that really impress me inmcluding being able to print from my phone. The scan and print takes no time at all to have your print. Setup was fairly easy and we were up and running in a short period of time. It also has neat smart features like cloud printing, and cloud faxing. I can use voice commands to print, scan, or copy documents using Alexa or Google Assistant. I can also print from or scan to cloud services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive. We have not used all the functions but I am sure we will be pleased with them as well. Overall, I think the Lexmark 3442i is a great all-in-one printer for home or small office use. It has a lot of features and functions that make it convenient and versatile. It is easy to set up and use and delivers good quality prints, scans, and copies.
