This is perfect. I live in Florida and the UV rays seem to have made the plastic very brittle and the old one cracked and fell apart. This one looks exactly like the original and after watching a You Tube video on how to replace it, my car looks like new again. The whole repair took less than 10 min. PERFECT!

My husband replaced the broken piece in my car with what we bought without any problems. I was so happy he did it so quickly. All he did was watch you tube video. This is the first time that we spent so little on fixing something in my car. Lexus repair shop charges $145 an hour for just the labor and for some reason prices for parts are inflated!!!

This was very easy to install with the help of a cheap set of plastic prybars made for removing delicate interior panels. It took me around 10 minutes while sitting in my workplaces parking lot to remove the center console, replace the slide cover, and reinstall the console. I dont know why I put off fixing this for a few weeks after receiving the replacement part, it is much nicer now without the gaping hole in my shift console. As long as you watch a few videos and take your time, you shouldnt have any issue with replacing this part.

Perfect! Looks much better and now I don’t have to worry about anything getting lost in the “abyss”. Took less than 3 minutes to install. Just some removal of some panels, the shift knob, and it slides right in!
