Greater than one weekI waited til I had a chance to use it in the rain to write this review. This umbrella is a very nice size - large enough for protection without being so large it bumps into things and people. It was very windy and the vented design had no trouble in the wind (no turning inside out). The center post is substantial so it should not bend. The pouch is handy for keeping this in your car or attaching to a golf cart or stroller. It is quite stiff to lock into place but manageable.

> 3 daySeems to be decent, but I have seen stronger umbrellas. Looks very nice! Would recommend.

24-11-2024As someone who is over 6ft tall and living in Florida, finding the perfect umbrella has always been a challenge. The LFLFWY Umbrella, however, has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Designed with high winds in mind, this umbrella features a unique vented canopy that allows gusts to pass through without flipping the umbrella inside out (guessing thats the point of the reversible design?). This has proven to be incredibly effective during Floridas storm/rain season, as I no longer have to worry about my umbrella collapsing under the pressure of the wind. One of the key selling points for me was its size. The LFLFWY is large enough to comfortably accommodate taller/bigger (or multiple small) individuals, providing ample coverage from the rain. Its sturdy construction also ensures that it remains steady and reliable even during heavy downpours. The hardware and spring load mechanisms on this umbrella are truly top-notch. Its solid framework and high-quality materials make it feel rugged and durable, providing a sense of confidence while using it in harsh weather conditions. The included case is unexpectedly nice, too... its actual leather (stamped with the LFLFWY logo) and includes a sturdy clip for easy tethering to a backpack or beach bag. Absolutely love this thing, and highly recommend this umbrella to anyone in need of a reliable and well-built solution to stay dry and protected during the stormiest (or sunniest, if just using for shade) of days.

21-11-2024So the case for this is ridiculous. Its huge. I got this umbrella for my car, so Im keeping the case, but if this is for your bag, then ditch the giant case. The umbrella itself is very sturdy. You have to press the button firmly to open it. Opens and closes with the press of a button. Then you just push the umbrella closed. The wind vents are tight, but I think they help. I like that the umbrella closes with the top of the umbrella folded inside so the wet bits are all folded up and tucked away. It is pretty heavy. I wouldnt consider this a travel umbrella.

Greater than one weekNice umbrella - just took it for a walk in the rain. Auto open worked quite well, as did the auto close. One thing I like about this umbrella is that it has 9 fiberglass ribs - not 6 metal ribs, like my other umbrellas. As a result, its stronger and more durable than they are. Its also totally waterproof, unlike another one I have, that works until it gets soaked with rain, and then lets water drip through periodically. I walked with this on a decently windy day, and there were no blow outs or other problems. A nice change. For $15.59 from Amazon, this is a steal. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayIt doesn’t have the traditional cover (bag). It was hard to push it down (close it). Maybe it will be easier after couple of uses. When it’s open it’s pretty wide. Nice size umbrella.

> 3 dayThis is a sturdy, well made umbrella that comes with a scabbard. You could clip it onto a saddle like a cowboy with a rifle! (Dont do that.) The scabbard has a clip so you can hang it from the outside of your bag - which if youve just come in from the rain is a good idea to have OUTSIDE your bag, not inside. That said, it doesnt fold down into a particularly small package, so just be aware that its still a little bulky, especially in the scabbard. It says its for travel but I feel like for travel you want something more compact. This is more like the umbrella you keep in the car in case you get caught out, or the one you hook to your backpack if youre going for a hike on a cloudy, iffy day. Still a darn good umbrella!

> 3 dayThe umbrella is auto open/close and folds into a compact size. Came with a leather cover, great to have it if you are going indoors without getting wet. The top is vented so the wind can go through without flipping the umbrella. Its well made and great quality.

> 3 dayThis umbrella broke as soon as I opened it up. When you push the inside up to latch, it made a pop sound and unlatched and will not re-latch to open up. Complete fail. It’s too bad because the size and material would have made this a nice umbrella.
