Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL ROG Certified (Black) ATX Full Tower Gaming Computer Case

Love this case, but it is MASSIVE. I bought a bunch of fans, have my AIO in it. I have an idea Im going to one day build a custom watercooler, but Ill get to it when I get to it. The cable management is great, and with the PSU behind the mobo instead of underneath it makes it look so OPEN, Im sure it also helps a lot with airflow and cooling. My PC looks awesome now.

I absolutely love the look of this case. My setup fits great in this case with plenty of room to spare. My biggest issue with this case is that the one I received seems to have a manufacturing error. The back plate that is suppose to have the 2.5 inch ssds mounted to it. Is suppose to come off with 4 screws. However, mine seems to have been made in a way that even taking those 4 screws out still doesnt allow the plate to come off. Its lodged inside the case in a way that makes it nearly impossible to move. Once getting it out and putting it the way that the manual shows. I found out that the screw holes were tapped into the wrong piece. Making it impossible to use it the correct way. For now, I dont have that piece being used, but I will have to fix it myself when I do go to use it. Which is why my overall rating is much lower. Fairly disappointed with that part of the quality. Everything else about the case is amazing though.

They include extras because they break so easily. Use softer plastic?? Its so confusing.

I absolutely adore this case as an avid lover of large cases. DO NOT GET THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE SPACE FOR IT. It is a beast of a case.

I bought this case because I wanted one big enough to take AIO water coolers for both my CPU & GPU and it does that rather well. I recommend this case 100%.

This case is an amazing one! Its a super popular case, and for a reason. Its a huge case with plenty of room for my 10th gen i7 and fits the 3080 really well. With all the fans that this thing can fit, and that I have in the case, it stays super cool even through high FPS gaming at 2k res. I have had to contact customer support from Lian Li cause the shipper damage the foot, and I personally messed up the front glass piece, and the rep is taking great care of me and more than made up for something they didnt even do. I plan on slowly building myself an AMD based rig, and will definitely be using another Lian Li case! Excellent case, super high quality, and excellent customer service, top of the line for sure! This is a great case, but DO NOT order through Amazon. This is the second time one has come broken. I don’t know who’s throwing these around like a sack of potatoes, but it’s honestly ridiculous that 2/2 have been completely broken upon arrival. Micro center here I come.

This case is probably the most widely used case for water cooling. If you are experienced with building computers, but are new to water cooling, this case is an excellent choice because there is a wealth of information and build guides for it due to how widely used it is. It has good build quality, its won awards because of how functional it is, and its easy to find hundreds of examples of finished builds to see what parts fit and work well in the case, as well as to see how people made their runs with tubing and placed different components. There are also custom built distribution plates made specifically for this case that function well and look awesome. Im happy with the purchase and will update this review with a picture once Im done with the build.

The engineering and attention to detail of the O11 Dynamic XL is excellent. Add to that beautiful aesthetics and you have one hell of a case. A little pricey? Yes. Although, you get what you pay for. During the time of this review the Covid 19 is wreaking havoc on manufacturing and supply. If you manage to find one, you may want to snatch it up while you can.
