> 3 dayThe clear umbrella in the three pack is my go to. The colors are nice, the lights are bright. These are not cheaply made umbrellas like some other light up versions Ive bought before.

12-06-2025These are neat umbrellas. The middle of the handle unscrews and that is where the battery compartment is. The 3 AAA batteries (not included) fit into a cylindrical chamber. Once the batteries are in, there are 2 light options. Press the button on the very end of the handle, which is actually the flashlight itself. Then there is a little black button about halfway up the handle. This controls the lightsaber lights. Press this button to turn on and then press again to turn off. Repeat this process to cycle through the various lights colors. Its pretty snazzy and even the tip of the umbrella lights up. The umbrella itself seems decent too. After all, we still need a good functioning umbrella. It has good coverage and is easy to open and close. The umbrella is a tad long, not compact. It still fits in my trunk just fine.

> 3 dayI don’t write reviews for all my online purchases. I only write reviews on items that are either very bad, or very good! This umbrella is excellent! I’ve tried so many different kind of umbrella. This one not only looks super cool, it’s very sturdy too! We have a storm today & this umbrella is not flipping under gusty wind! My 6 year old can open & close this umbrella by himself easily because of its great mechanism. Price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

> 3 daySo one of these worked fine without any issues. One was permanently lit up (meaning the batteries would constantly need to be changed), and one didn’t work at all. With about ten minutes of work I was able to get that one working (and permanently broke the other), so in the end I have two light up umbrellas, and three umbrellas I can use. Amazon did give me a 50% discount in the end, so I probably ended up ahead, but who knows how long these will last.

> 3 dayThis product is typical of a lot of things that I have tried recently. When it works the lights and umbrella are very entertaining and even useful . However one of the three umbrellas had a non functioning lighting mechanism . This poor quality control has been a more and more frequent problem with new products on the market. I understand the products are mass produced using the cheapest process to make the most profit, but quality control has to figure into the manufacturing process somewhere if continued sales are to be a factor.

> 3 dayWe really loved them but we are suckers for kitch. Our favorite is the clear one. Not only is it a good umbrella, but walking in the dark in the snow looks like a light saber and illuminates your immediate walking area. Would totally buy it again. wish we had two clear. Bought them to block the sun at Disney (my son is sun sensitive and Im prone to skin cancer) we love them and continue to use them at home. Also helped us to find each other in the dark. Flashlight at the handle, COLOR CHANGEING saber allows you to be as dark as you like but you dont have to commit to the dark side

> 3 dayProduct decent value for the money. Fun and functional! Also has extra flashlight on bottom... seems especially ideal for urbanites and apartment dwellers. All three worked, color and light quality is good. Only downside is that these didn’t come with the carry shoulder bags as advertised. Others that reviewed did receive these, so this might be a seller-specific issue. Otherwise, these do NOT have any covers and come wrapped in cheap plastic that can not be reused for storage or as a makeshift cover.
