> 3 dayThis is the third handle for the dryer. The original equipment broke after a year and we installed a replacement. That one also broke about the same way as it was a very thin inflexible plastic piece. This last one seems to have been strongly reinforced. It feels very strong and looks like it’s going to last a very long time.

> 3 dayMy old handle broke and I struggled opening and closing the dryer door. I bought this handle and was able to do it myself. You have to remove the screws from the dryer door to get the old handle off and put the new one on, but it was easy for me to do. Only drawback was 2 screws were stripped and I had to use a stripped screw kit to remove them. Once I got them all off, it was easy to take apart and put back together in a few minutes. Not bad for a senior woman! The new one works great, and I no longer have a hard time with the dryer door.

> 3 dayPerfect fit! I had to take the door apart to replace the handle, so a bit more tedious than expected. Handling feels sturdy though

21-11-2024The product worked perfectly. I was able to easily replace the one I had with this new one. It feels more durable then the one I had.

> 3 dayReplaced a broken handle on our 10+ year old Kenmore dryer (made by Whirlpool). White replacement handle was available from Sears at about 8 times the price of this one, plus shipping, so I entered the part number on Amazon. Only available in black but it fitsfine, works beautifully and looks fine on our white dryer! Had to dis- and reassemble the door to install it, which we would have had to do in either case, and it only took us about 20-30 minutes (lots of screws!); worth it for the savings!
