Steve here - taught my boy how when a auto service shop says that will be $239 you can go on Amazon and find the part - fix the problem in 15 minutes and save yourself $200. Super easy to do - everything worked perfectly for his 2007 Camry LE. Literally took 15 minutes and thats because I also checked the fluids in the car.

One end didnt want to stay on the post. Reversed the installation from the factory installed supports and that seemed to work. Good for now. Dont know the real quality until 6-8 years down the road.

Seem to meet expectations. Just changed both in 2009 Camry and hood opens as expected. Can’t rate quality but both for the price can’t compare to what other dealerships/retailers wanted.
