As far as the remote opener it is fine but the batteries that came with it were dead. The problem was you wonder if something is wrong with the openers before you decide it may be the battery

This item is great! It works perfectly. Great price!

So this button works great on the house garage opener for the car to slide into BUT it has a very difficult time with the shop garage doors (this could be due to the shop being sheet metal and not just wood frame like the home) but even when in the shop working with the $1200 side jack motors it still has a connectivity issue. Its a good product and built just as clean as the Liftmaster brand. Would definitely recommend
