I bought this bag to replace my Lulu Bebe bag now that my kids are bigger and need less but I still needed a bag to travel with. I like the charging hole, but aside from that, I find that the bag is hard to use it, slides off my shoulders. It doesn’t hold very much. It gets dirty, very easily. It just wasn’t as functional as I wanted it to be. I felt like I kept loosing everything. Would not recommend.

Have not had it long enough to know durability or water resistance but love all the room it has and comfort.

I was traveling internationally for two months, and used this on the plane as my carry on; took it on the subway, overground trains and buses. After two months of heavy usage it still looks like new! It’s so durable. Really comfortable on the shoulders and back too. The storage space is amazing, so many compartments for use. As you can tell, I love it. I only write reviews if something is REALLY good or really bad. This is a good one to purchase!

Ive been looking for a small backpack for the better part of a year. As a 53 petite female a good portion of backpacks are too big for my frame or just the wrong size so I look like a high schooler with an overfilled bag of books. I have yet to test this on a plane under the seat as a carry on but I have no doubts that itll fit perfectly with enough room for a foot stretched out. During my normal commute I can fit: surface laptop, ipad, notebook, small to do list, small wallet-sized charging bank, chargers for laptop and iPad, water bottle (not a big yeti but a tall and thin one), travel coffee cup, and an assortment of random items like pens and postits. Given this there is still plenty of room for a couple more notebooks. It is not big enough to hold a medium jacket well but a packable or raincoat would fit nicely. My only complaint so far is that when I put the backpack on I tend to accidentally loosen the straps to the biggest extent. Even so its easy to adjust the straps while its on yet they still stay put while walking around.

This review was written in the first week of purchase. The bag looks elegant and classy, and fit a lot of items in it (Im a heavy luggage traveller!) The quilted design and gold keylocks look beautiful. The pink is a discreet, classy design which offers a pleasant touch and is not childish in appearance. The arm straps offer a cushioned carry experience and helped offset the weight of several electronics, a heavy laptop, some books and water bottle.

Ordered this backpack for my daughter for school, ended up loving it so much, I ordered a second for me. Im a texture person and love the feel of this backpack. The laptop pocket has a locking zipper, and there is a little pocket on the back, side perfect for phones or wallets which makes this a perfect travel bag, along with the strap to easily attach it to wheeled luggage.

I have worn this bag everyday almost allday for a month and the bag is in great shape. It is comfortable to wear and is a great size with convenient pockets. I would choose this bag again.
