Received this today 4/30/2020, and upon taking the product out from the box, the first thing I notice is that the mirror is cracked, in the middle. and little tiny bit of mirror are falling on the floor. is there a way for me to get refunded or exchange this mirror for a functioning and not cracked mirror?

I had to comment on this vanity mirror it’s so beautiful...so much better than what I was using before! It’s a quality piece, made very well, the 3 light settings are all great. It looks beautiful on my vanity! It took me a while to order, I wasn’t sure if it could be as good as others have said...but I needed a new mirror so I’m glad that I took a chance on this, no regrets!

Only giving four stars because when i was installing the wire had a short in it and i have to set the wire a certain way or it doesn’t work. But its a amazing product! Love it.

I love how bright this mirror is. Its perfect for getting my makeup done early in the morning. I love that raising and lowering the brightness is possible, as well as changing the tone of the light. Ive had 3 makeup mirrors before this one, and they dont compare!
