Really liked the product

My first experience using gesso. This is a good product as far as I can tell. Worked well to prime my glass vase before paint.

Best i couldve gotten i wish iyt wasnt so pricey but glad i went with this brand i thinkmill keppnto thos brand beforeni ever try to save the few bucks.

have not used this yet but Im sure its the same quality as my other liquitex products--a brand I rely on.

The product much better than gesso. Found ease to apply paper with hardly ANY wrinkles.

I have used this brand of gesso for years as a ground for acrylic paint on many surfaces (including terracotta flower pots!) and have never had any problems with it. You can dilute it easily or allow it to thicken a bit by drying and get various textures. You can stain it. I have not compared it to other brands but I have been a repeat customer. Tip: It will thicken with age, so I now do what I do with super glue: Keep it cleanly and carefully sealed, possibly in a ziplock bag, and even in a glass jar. These will prolong its shelf life.

This product is gritty and feels and looks like sand. I am wondering if this products sat on a shelf for a while. Not able to use it.
