My daughter has misophonia and we dont chew gum anywhere near her so we switched to this product. You can keep it in your pocket and discreetly slip a sheet into your mouth at cocktail parties, after dinner, etc. Very strong without being unpleasant. My daughter will politely offer one when she sees someone reach for a stick of gum.....

I keep these around to also assist in clearing my throat after a cup of coffee. Opens up a stuffy nose as well. I love these things!
