It just plain works! My only complaint is that the mechanism that allows it to be removed, does not allow it to sit flat on a surface once removed.

My umbrella cockatoo hasnt figured out how to unscrew them yet, and theyre holding up to his beak well. Def a good buy.

Holds about a cup of food!

Easy to install and easy to remove the bowl to refill. My dog loves this bowl more than any of his other ones for some reason.

purchased one as a parrot food dish, and purchased the bigger stainless one for water. I returned the stainless one as it started to rust after a week. I ended up buying two of these total as they are sturdy and easy to remove to refill and clean

Glad I found these. Have used the plastic ones for years at our cat rescue. Plastic causes chin acne in some animals. Stainless solves that problem and are easier to clean.
