> 3 dayMy 99th percentile one year old was outgrowing his infant carrier, and I needed to find something new for a recent trip. This carrier is so comfortable, easy to put on and adjust. It made navigating the airport with three kids SO much easier. He easily fell asleep in it, and I wore him everywhere with comfort. So glad I skipped the stroller and went with this carrier. It made our entire trip so much more convenient and relaxing.

> 3 dayI have been thrilled with this product. With my first baby I so desperately wanted to be a baby wearer that I bought so many different types of carriers and none of them worked for me. They all were so uncomfortable on my back and/or they made me feel like baby would fall out. I just chalked it up to I’m not a baby wearer. I then saw a friend carrying her baby so comfortably and she recommend lillebaby for my second. I was worried I’d be wasting my money on another carrier that wouldn’t work for me. Boy was I wrong. I was thrilled the first time I took it on a hike. My baby slept so comfortably and I barely felt her. The back support was so surprisingly comfortable, a game changer for me! I now have been going on weekly walks with it for nearly a year now and still love it! It has been my best purchase for second baby especially with increase in walking due to covid. This carrier is worth the money for the back support! Caveat: it is bulky so is better for out and about where you will be wearing them for awhile versus in the house. I personally use it on walks outdoors and not in the house.

28-11-2024Ok first off, I started with a Tula. I was talking to a friend who is a major speaker at a certain traveling parenting convention and runs facebook groups and also is a distribution guy for a major organic baby company, and I told him I started with the Tula and wondered what he thought. First he said below 15 lbs, please use some sort of sling or wrap. I have one and used it for the till about 11 lbs honestly and still do but this is my go to for long days out. A stretchy wrap needs to be adjusted occasionally and that can be annoying on longer trips around stores. Once I asked him about the Tula he advised me, please please please look at both products side by side, then he told me the Tula uses amazingly great fabrics and retains the value but the lillebaby complete is the swiss army knife of the soft sided carrier world. I, as a man, keyed in on swiss army knife and thats all that mattered. Plus with a baby with a space theme, this now is my addiction in print (diapers, changing pad, etc.) I find it easy to put on and size, very easy to front load baby, difficult sometimes for the chest strap but after that its easy tweaking. this has the head support for when they still need the support and are bigger (newborns probably wont be long enough for a few months for it to matter yet. Getting his feet in position took no time at all and then i could easily tighten or loosen as needed. The storage is great for hiding hand sanitizer or wipes and the hood is a life saver on rainy days or overly sunny days , I mean it literally pulls right out and up and buttons with ease. Overall this is like he said, the swiss army knife of the baby wearing world

> 3 dayI wanted to love this carrier so badly. I really did. I did my research, I compared features, I scanned countless reviews, and I decided on this carrier. I read instructions, looked up videos and how tos for adjusting/fixing issues.... and Ive still returned it. I liked the support for me- I have some back issues, and this carrier was wonderful in relieving that. I also enjoyed carrying my son in the inward facing position.. but thats about all I liked. Any time I carried my baby facing outward, his little legs would have marks from where the fabric met his legs (whether or not he had pants on; and regardless of whether it was in the thin position or wide). The first time it happened, I had gone on a short walk not thinking it would be a problem and we came home (aprox. 10min) and his foot was turning blue and was cold. I could never adjust it to not cut his circulation off. He has always been tall enough for the wide since I first bought this, and I tried the thin position thinking thats what caused the circulation issue, but it wasnt. Also, I did try side carrying position but it felt very unstable to me. I do hate the way you have to adjust the carrier too... you could never be alone in public or something and change positions, because you basically disassemble it to change anything. And finally, Im on the slender side (57 145lb) and I always felt like it was too loose on me (but tightening too much made the circulation issue for my son worse). Swapped it for an omni 360 and I will never look back (though, the back support for lillebaby is better).

> 3 dayBought this at the same time as ergobaby omni. Pros: - keeps baby cool. My kid and i each put out enough heat to warm a small nordic village but i never felt hot with this on even during his tantrums The mesh is super soft - better back support than the ergobaby. The pad fits perfectly in the lumbar area - feels like a better fit and design for men where as i feel like the ergo has to sit really high up for my infant Cons: - could use more mesh and padding around the legs, currently its thicker harder cotton and metal buttons - newborns have to buy a separate pillow - no pocket for the sun visor - could use more support/ structure for the baby bottom and hip area to keep baby in a M position. - the mesh doesnt seem sturdy as parts of it are already frayed after connecting with velcro once

> 3 dayI bought this on a recommendation from another fellow mommy. Like any new mother-to-be I searched high and low for good quality products at a reasonable price. It is on the bulkier side, but I liked the support it offered to my lower back, which I have had issues with in the past. The shoulder straps offer good cushioning, and my husband can easily adjust the settings to fit him comfortably. Depending on your flexibility you may need help clipping the straps between the shoulder blades. I can carry my baby comfortably for an extended period of time, and he seems comfortable in it. I carried him for a few hours when we went to a birthday party at a park, and he was able to fall asleep while I carried him. I like that it comes with a sun shade and that it unzips in the front to expose a mesh panel to let cool air flow through to keep baby from getting too warm. It also comes with neck support which is essential for new babies who cant quite hold their head up. I havent been able to try it in all the different positions as my child isnt old enough yet, but I do like that it has several options. Another plus for me is that it did not need an infant insert like some of the other brands, and that it can be used for a wide range of weights.

> 3 dayLOVE my LILLEbaby and so does my son!! Hes 4 months and drowns in it still, but Ive been using the Ergobaby infant pillow or a rolled up receiving blanket to prop him up higher up. Atleast I know hell grow nicely into it the older/bogger he gets! My only gripe is that It came packaged in an amazon box with JUST the original plastic bag. I was disappointed that it didnt come in its original box because I would have kept it there for a nice fitting storage when not in use. So, if you were planning on giving this away as a gift, make sure its in its original packaging. It also had a strand of long, dark hair wrapped inside the plastic wrapping :( (Gross, I know, but forgivable. ) I assumed it might have been previously bought and returned?? It still had the original tags attached so I knew it wasnt used. I needed it right away and didnt want to go through the hassle of returning it so I just wiped it down with baby safe disinfectant wipes and it was good to go.

> 3 dayOverall this is a solid, supportive carrier. It supports my two month old well and our adult shoulders and lower back as well. My husband wears a 46 Long suit and can fit this just fine. We like that it has several options for carrying our girl. What I do not like is that you need go fasten the bottom around your waist, then place the baby, then support the baby while pulling the shoulders up and then fasten it with both hands… like you need to let go of the baby in or to do this. So far this feels like a two person job which defeats the purpose of the carrier. I am sure with time and practice, we will be more adept at doing this. I would prefer if it could be secured completely to me then had a separate flap to open and secure the baby in.

> 3 dayWith my first son, I had the standard Baby Bjorn Carrier. I was not impressed and never used it because it was very difficult to put on by myself and not comfortable at all. After reading many reviews and trying on a few different brands at the store, I purchased this carrier for my current newborn. I Am plus size and my biggest worry was would this fit. Also, because of my worry of fitting I did buy the belt extender. When I received the carrier, it did fit but I still am using the belt extender as it gave that slight extra inch I needed for it to feel more comfortable around my waist. The biggest reason for this buy was the lumbar support on my back. I have carried my now 7 week old around for over an hour with no back pain and walked the neighborhood. It is easy for me to put on by myself and I know he is comfortable because he falls alseep with no fuss. I also like you dont have to put an infant insert with it, it already supports and infant. Thats one less step for me to worry about. This is worth the extra money over the cheaper carriers out there. The material is very durable and there are many cute designs to choose from. I read reviews where people felt the mesh material was rough and I disagree. I dont think the material is rough at all or bothersome to my son.
