> 3 dayMy 4th grader uses this back pack and its full of books! So far it has kept up with his school year with out any tears. Its very durable. Its for sure one of the better made backpacks online. I have no idea what the cartoon character is on the outside but it glows in the dark. Havent used the phone hook up thing so dont have anything to say about that? Over alll great backpack for kids!

> 3 dayMy 10 year old loves this bag but If you are looking for a bag that holds its structure, this is not it. The material is cloth like on the outside but fully lined on the inside.
