Loctite Stikn Seal Indoor Adhesive, 2 fl oz, Squeeze Tube

If you have to glue items together this is your glue! Quick setting and great adhesive qualities. Wish it had a smaller opening that would allow it to be used on small objects.

This has been my go to household glue for years. Have used it on a variety of things; mainly for repairs. Works well on ceramics. If I need something stronger than Aleenes Tacky Glue, I turn to this. Not strong enough for items that will get a lot of manipulation or need to support weight.

I broke a favorite coffee mug at home, and I searched the interwebs to find a proper adhesive that was purpose built to repair ceramic mugs. Found the Loctite Stik n Seal Indoor Adhesive, and the product description on their fact sheet specifically says that its recommended for ceramic mugs. I doubled the cure time just to be sure it had set completely, but when I went to use it, the adhesive got soft and the mug started drooping apart like it was made of play dough or something. I instinctively reached up to catch it with my support hand so it wouldnt fall, but inadvertently smacked the mug into my front tooth, chipping it slightly. Long story that nobody cares about most likely, but just a word of advice, dont use this product for a ceramic mug that you actually intend to continue using! Its probably a good adhesive for most everything else they claim, Im actually a big fan of Loctite. Also, disclaimer, I notified Loctite of this issue, and they kindly offered to send me another tube free of charge. I declined because I still have the original tube I purchased, and it didnt meet my needs...

Works well on indoor cracks around our window

As a handyman and professional house painter of 35 years, I was a contact cement / super glue man, who believed that if it doesnt take your breath and burn your eyes, it aint worth using! Well, I now think different after using this product (Loctite Handymans ALL-PURPOSE Adhesive Sealant)! I was sceptical at first! Ive used thousands of tubes of acrylic caulking and this product first reminded me of caulking, because it is initially white (dries clear), and its odorless. THAT is where the similarity ends! Caulking will roll off your fingers when it dreis... NOT this stuff! Caulking is mainly a sealant... This is a sealant, but whatever it gets on- it glues permanantly! It will even work as a contact adhesive for leather and other fabrics! The reason Im here is to BUY MORE! I hope this helps you to make a decision on the adhesive you will buy. Do yourself a favor... Try it!

I used it to prevent a hairline crack and small chip in my everyday dishwasher-safe stoneware dinner plate from spreading. I can’t find a replacement for the plate and am still in love with the set so thought I’d try to salvage it. The application is kind of like silicone caulk (similar texture), it’s hard to smooth out and you need less than you think. I’d recommend putting a small amount in a plastic bag and cutting a tiny piping hole and then applying. I smooth out with a gloved finger. It does dry clear but applies white. Plate still gets cleaned in the dishwasher and it’s holding up!

I have another side business that I make wooden toys...this glue has no smell, no danger to children and the best seal for children. LOVE IT!

The adhesion is non existent and after loading up the part with messy goo, it didn’t have any type of holding ability what so ever. Followed instructions, but still no go.

Great non toxic and easy to use adhesive. Once dried is very durable and cements everything I have tried.
