Logitech G Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse with Esports Grade Performance

> 3 dayWhile I love this mouse, I still cant support an electronics manufacturer using micro-USB in their electronics in 2022. The same goes for the Logitech G915 TKL keyboard, so my guess is that Logi bought a TON of micro adapters and are still burning through their old inventory before finally adopting USB-C.

> 3 dayUPDATE 3/21/19 ---- I have just now started my first recharge of this mouse after several days of heavy use with LEDs on. My first charge lasted 16 DAYS!!! Impressive! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I have had a Logitech G400 mouse for YEARS. I wanted something new. We all get that itch sometimes lol. Ive never been one of these PC gamers that has a collection of mice. I only had one. This Pro Wireless mouse seemed to be what everyone was talking about. Everyone claimed it had excellent battery life, no input lag compared to a wired mouse, very lightweight etc etc. I was skeptical about the responsiveness... let me tell you its as accurate and responsive as a wired mouse indeed. As far as the battery life goes... I am sitting at 93% after days of usage WITH the LEDs on. The main thing that I had to get used to was its light weight compared to my G400. It took a couple of days but afterwards... I cant go back. In game... it seems so easy to aim at enemies very fast. I game at 800 DPI. Its also very easy to click the left mouse button rapidly and every click registers. I was playing Battlefield V and the semi auto rifles respond so fast to my clicks its almost like an automatic lol. The mouse wheel does NOT have a button to unlock the steps in forward and backward motion so if thats something you use often just know its not on this mouse. The wheel itself is great though. All the buttons are nice and crisp. Theres side buttons on both sides so its good if youre a lefty. Also comes with button covers for whatever side you dont use. Now to address some of the controversy. Im not sure if there was a bad batch towards the end of last year or something but the one I have has no issues with the L and R mouse buttons rubbing together or anything like that. I have played SEVERAL hours of first person shooters with this mouse and I have not felt it rub or become rough once. Also this double clicking issue... I dont have. Make sure you download the Logitech G Hub software for proper firmware and features. Other than that... I highly recommend this mouse. I was skeptical at first but after pretty much a week... Im very satisfied with my purchase and I love it.

> 3 dayREASON FOR INITIAL PURCHASE My Logitech 703 (of 2 years) died, so to upgrade, and fix the center scroll-wheel at the same time, I purchased the next best mouse. 1ST OPINION (QUALITY) Materials are good, and the longevity of the product is clearly better than most other brands. Their software is perfect, tons of configuration and the on-board memory storage is a great feature. 2ND OPINION (BAD ERGONOMICS) I liked the Logitech G Pro mouse at first, but then found that I had to hold the mouse weird and (even with small hands) the entire right side of my hand still touches the table/mousepad when I play games or even during basic use cases. This mouse is small and light, which I thought would be a good feature, but it just didnt work out that way. 3RD OPINION (SLIGHT ISSUE) You will need grip tape if you dont want to drop the damn thing when you move to a different corner of the mousepad. This thing is slick since Day 1. No coating whatsoever, to save on material and to make the mouse last longer, there is no grippy silicone like the 703 model has. So, theres another $15 to spend to make the mouse like what it should have been. CONCLUSION Ive now used this mouse for 3 years and am looking for a decent replacement for better ergonomics (found one already). Time to retire this one. Wont be purchasing the same mouse, or even a Logitech. NO USB-C, which is stupid - its 2022. Your cord is proprietary, waste of wire. They made a super-light version of this same mouse but didnt change the port. I guess it was too much effort for something they want to sell for $150.

> 3 dayI am a die hard Logitech fan when it comes to peripherals, been using a mice, keyboards, and headsets from them for years now. I was a very big fan of the g403 and bought a few wired ones as well one wireless. I broke most of them as I used to rage but was especially a fan of the wireless, Logitech knows how to do wireless. I always kept the weight in the mouse so I am more used to heavier mice. Because of this I was somewhat nervous to try a lighter mouse, I wanted to try the superlight but I read reviews of more problems with that one, and with the price tag and larger jump in weight difference I thought the regular G pro wireless was the right choice. When I first got it took a bit of getting used to because I would put more effort into my flicks because I was used to more weight, but it didnt take long. The build quality is very good as always with Logitech in my experience, I have had no issues with ghosting, double clicks etc. The ergonomics are similar to the g403 but different on the sides. The stock sliders are pretty good and I dont think I personally need to change them, although I am not that picky when it comes to that. The scroll wheel has a bit more feedback than the g403 which is good because that mouse had almost none. The mouse buttons are more clicky, lighter and feel more responsive than the g403. The side buttons are smaller but also more clicky, but also stick out more than those on the g403 which makes it easier to engage. The logo is a customizable LED which you can change or turn in the G Hub (great app btw), the scroll wheel no longer is. The sensor is much more precise than the prodigy sensor that I am used to, which was still good, but not close to this one. It also has a larger DPI range than before, which I dont use but its cool I guess. It does not have a DPI switch button on the top anymore, but has one on the bottom, which again I do not use as I have always had it disabled, but is nice to have if I need it. You can also charge this mouse wirelessly via mousepad or some other setup, and can add a weight if you desire to do so. I was very surprised at the battery life on this thing. It was good on my previous wireless mouse but this thing only needs to be charged every week at the most for me. When you turn it on out of rest mode it has LED dots that tell you generally how charged the battery is, but you can also check the G Hub app or it will tell you when it is getting low as a little pop up at the bottom right of your screen. It came with a charging cable that was unbraided so I just used my old g403 braided charging cable as it still fits the micro-usb port. It will not come out when charging and playing and will not change the responsiveness which is really good for wireless. I keep mine on my bungie for quick access and so that I dont notice the wire when using the mouse. This mouse is also ambidextrous so leftys can also use it by swapping out the buttons on the side as it comes setup for right handed users. Logitech is really ahead of the game and has sort of set themselves apart from the competition in the recent years when it comes to wireless gaming, there is not any lag or delay and it is just as responsive as a wired mouse. Wireless is the future and Im all for it. This is by no means the cheapest mouse, I got it on a deal and still spent a good amount. But it is great for the money, and definitely a competitive gaming mouse that will give you an edge. I think its great and Logitech has never let me down, so if youre interested in it, and are willing to spend the money on it I say you should go for it and you wont be let down.

> 3 dayI Bought This While it was on sale for 40 dollars and for that price i can recommend this but not for full price heres why. Im Not sure if it is my pc or the mouse dongle or maybe the mouse itself but it almost feels like it has mouse acceleration/smoothing on and i couldnt personally figure out how to change it if there was any to begin with. for that reason i give it 4 stars but if its on sale for 40 grab this mouse ITS WORTH IT definitely better that my 10$ cheapo mouse.

Greater than one weekErgonomic, light, a little slippery due to the plastic construction, but ultimately I would suggest not getting this mouse solely due to the fact that the software cannot tell how much battery is left. The mouse can be charging, displaying 100%, and then moments after disconnecting display 68%, suddenly 10% (with a flashing red light on the mouse itself), plug it in, back to 85%. Ive left it on the charger for an entire weekend to come in on monday morning to it displaying that the battery is at critical levels and needs to be charged immediately. I do not believe that the battery is actually low or bad.. performance never suffers due to the red indicator. I just think the software doesnt read the battery level properly. The software is horrendous but required if youre going to change your DPI settings. For nearly $100, you can certainly get a better mouse.

> 3 dayStarted using this mouse in early September 2021. I had been on a mouse buying spree to try to find a wireless model that felt good. Upon using this one it immediately became my favorite because of its light weight, responsiveness, long battery life, and the ability to use it left- or right-handed. Im at a computer all day for work and also play a lot of PC games, so daily use of this mouse averaged 8+ hours. I was used to heavier mice and the G Pro Wireless was much more comfortable for my hands and wrists for long periods of time. Last week (January 2023) the mouse started registering random double clicks of the back side button on the left side, and at about the same time the scroll wheel occasionally scrolls the screen in the opposite direction of my input. Ive tried the mouse on two different computers to check if my PC was causing the problem, but the issue was the same on other machines. Im outside the warranty range and will probably need to switch to a different mouse. The G Pro Wireless is a 5/5 in quality for the 16 months that it lasted, but I feel a $90 mouse should last longer than that.

> 3 dayNever tried a wireless mouse for gaming now i wont go back. This is a great gaming mouse with good software to dial in the settings. Ive used it now and wont go back to a wired mouse. Battery life is so-so not great but charges pretty fast. Overall i would buy again.
