> 24 hourI was so excited when I ordered my bright pink luggage from Amazon via ebags. I was very dissapointed when it arrived to find that the luggage was a pale, metallic, dusty rose colour- not the vibrant pink with black accents that was pictured. I didnt return it because of the hassle and cost of returning such a large package. Very dissapointed will never purchase again.

> 24 hourBought two sets of these and loved them, until............the second plane trip and both of the largest bags came off the carousel with a broken wheel. Not fun trying to tote your 40 pound luggage around when you have other bags to contend with. Such a disappointment and FOX LUGGAGE wants you to ship it back and pay them $40 per bag to consider a replacement. Complete waste of money!!
