Update: They contacted me and apologized. They also sent out another trimmer, which was above and beyond what I had asked for. I just asked for the missing comb. First class customer service along with a great trimmer. Its a win win. A company that steps up deserves 5 stars because sadly many dont. Nice job guys! This is a nice trimmer. I was hoping to replace my collection of trimmers with just this one but I wont be able to. My kit was shipped with two 3mm combs, one 9mm comb, and one 12mm comb. I received an extra 3mm comb instead of a 6mm comb. Thats the one I need for my mustache. Thats the main one I use almost everyday and the reason I ordered this trimmer. I tried looking for a contact or email address but there isnt one. Just an address in China which I honestly dont expect a reply from. If a representative from Lopeie can contact me somehow or give me an email address to write to to concerning this, I would be grateful and I would be happy to change my rating. I guess its time to test your customer support.

It has a ton of attachments. I actually ordered this to toss in our travel kit. It holds a long charge, isn’t too loud, and functions pretty good.

This makes a great gift for the men in your life. This rechargeable and cordless, it takes about 1.5 hours to charge.

The unit fits nicely anywhere and does a phenomenal job. Highly recommend it.

I ordered this trimmer for my husband to use for trimming/shaping his mustache and sideburns. It works very well, and it does what we need it to do without any difficulty or running out of power. It’s nice that it shows how much power is left. We typically use the smaller trimmer head and the nose/ear trimmer, although it came with a ton of other attachments. It was well priced when we ordered it.

This product is amazing. I purchased this for my brother and he loves it a lot. This all-in-one cordless trimmer is exactly what he was looking for to keep his beard, face, nose, and ear hair in good shape. This trimmer is lightweight, but very sturdy. The design is ergonomic and very easy to hold. The battery power is big and it is good for multiple time use. The LED display shows the battery level, so you should always know when its time to recharge. It is packed in a very good box with plastic seals and it is really a decent gift for male friends or relatives.

It is not a revolutionary trimmer but it does the job. It comes with multiple different attachments/accessories and works well. Women can use it too, its not just for men. It is cordless and rechargeable. It is simple and easy to use so there is no learning curve when trying to use this trimmer. Overall, a good buy.

This trimmer is good enough that I could get away with not shaving afterward. I had a Philips Norelco before, and if Id been lazy with shaving because of WFH, I started with the Norelco and then finished with a razor. With this beard trimmer, I can use it basically like a really efficient razor and be just fine. Like all trimmers, using the different heads will require you to remove and replace rather than adding something on to the base, which can be a little annoying but is standard. The battery life is more than sufficient for a week at least -- it gets two hours. Overall, I find this better than even the brandname Norelco products.

This shaver is not only good for men but for women with very short hair and dogs! I wont go over what it all includes as others have stated them already. I really love the stand this comes with holding the various size guards and accessories it comes with. It does come with everything my husband needs, for sure! I like that it is rechargeable but wish it was the regular usb-c charge. You also have to have a plug to charge this or at least an external device. However, it came fully charged right out of the box. It trimmed nicely, quiet and comfortable to hold. I really like this trimmer kit!

I was kinda skeptical at first but after trying I was really impressed with this set. Foil shaver provides a nice clean shave. The attachments lock on firmly and wont fall off. All the different heads do a really good job and dont knock your skin. The base is kinda weird and doesnt hold the attachments or shaver very well, but thats not a problem. I like the fact that it comes with oil, a cleaning brush, and comb. Its a pretty complete set. It does a great job and I would definitely recommend it. Battery lasts longer than expected so you can spend more time using it, than charging it. Great choice for shaving kits.
