Amazing product and mirror is bigger than expected , which is perfect for our bird. It comes with film protector so don’t think it’s used like I did at first. Pill away and it’s very clean.

Our two Parakeets just love to look at themselves but they had a tiny mirrow before, not anymore, they can look at themselves from head to tail now! lol

Our little green cheek conure loves this. She will sit there and look at herself while she practices her words and whistles.

I was thankfully home in another room when I heard my Love bird making strange panic noises. I came running in to see what the heck was going on and the bell chain thing that came with the mirror was around my birds neck Choking him! He was going nuts and I was so scared and I rushed to try to take this tangled chain off his little neck. It took me a long 15 seconds or so to get it off but I threw that garbage in the trash. If I was not home my bird would of been dead!!!! This can easily be your bird. If anyone has been thru this or had a bird died, please report it in the comments, it’s the least you can do to help others.

None of the holes lined up on the mirror to allow it to be attached to the cage. The rope perch could not be attached as the nuts did not fit the bolts on the ends of the rope.

Arrived damaged and the holes where the screws are supposed to go arent even aligned correctly so it doesnt work. The mirror is more like plastic and looks dirty.

As others have stated, the holes for the hooks do not line up at all. The top ones are okay but the lower ones are a no go. Hopefully it holds up to the parakeets.

I do not know how to contact manufacturer, so the 100% satisfaction guarantee probably wont help me. The holes drilled in the mirror dont correctly line up with the two holes in either of the hooks, so in order to tighten the nuts tightly enough, the bolts need to come in at un-straight angles so that the nuts can screw on tightly enough to put pressure between the hook and the back of the mirror to securely attach the hooks to the mirror (photos explain better than I can). I just put it together, so if my bird likes this mirror, I will keep it since I know he wont think theres something wrong with me in putting it together. :-) Anyone else seeing it might or might not understand that the mirror was defectively drilled, possibly thinking I am a ditz and couldnt put it together correctly. Also, the hooks are a little wider than my cage wires, so it almost didnt fit and took stretching the wires just a little bit, but once the bottom perch is installed and the wing nuts are completely tightened, it seems pretty secure.

My cockatiel loves this!he hangs out on this thing all day whistling and staring at himself lol.Love it

Our budgie, Clyde loves this! He sits on the perch and chats to the ‘other budgie’ all day. So, we thought maybe he needed a real budgie friend . So we got Bonnie! Now we have to buy one for Bonnie because they ‘argue’ over who gets to sit on the rope perch and talk to the other birdies ;) Clyde likes to play with the bells too.
