Lord Of The Rings Gimli Fun Pack - LEGO Dimensions

I received this product a couple days ago and I immediately took it out of the package. My kids played with it last night and this morning before bed since they made sure to wake up a whole 30 minutes early to be able to try out Gimli! They love being able to put the character together as well as the vehicle used for the game. Awesome character and loving the Dimensions!

Advanced builder here. Same as the other Dimensions sets, these dont come with building instructions, which is complete laziness on Legos end. While I was able to put the set together easily myself due to my experience, it will be difficult for the young ones to puzzle this out on their own.

Exactly what my grandson wanted and a great addition to other characters! Arrived on time and packaged well.

Works perfect. Received quickly.. We use YouTube for assembly directions because it is faster.

A fun character.

I was disappointed by this set. It offers almost no new experience in game. The Lord of the Rings area is already unlocked, the Axe Chariot has no differences from the Batmobile other than it offers less, and it costs as much as sets that greatly expand the game. Instead look for a set that unlocks a new area. (DC Comics, the LEGO Movie, and Lord of the Rings come standard) Alternately, you could rather get a character like Wonder Woman, who has multiple abilities and comes with a vehicle that can be upgraded in game to cover a wide variety of abilities.
