Good product. Pleasant smell. Does a good job at softening and moisturizing hair that is dry due to chemical highlighting. I use it once every two weeks, and have been satisfied with the results. It does weigh down my hair a bit, but that is to be expected with the type of hair I have. I feel that it is worth it to have flat hair for a day or two, since it keeps it in such healthy condition. NOTE: I have stick straight, baby fine, color-treated hair that falls past my shoulders.

Best conditioner out there in my opinion

This is my favorite deep conditioner of all time. I first tried it 15 years ago from sally beauty. This is a huge 16 ounce tub, it will last forever. Revlon Colorsilk hair color now comes with this conditioner, I recognize that scent anywhere.

Great product

For over 10 years time after time I end up going back to this product. Ive tried every price point and brand and eventually end up going back to this because it leaves hair soft like no other. This is Loreals best kept secret. Subtle tropical scent. Conditions hair without removing volume, rinses out without greasy residue. It leaves my dry damaged hair super shiny and soft. 10/10 for me!

I dont use any other deep conditioner. LOVE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have so much hair and it works

This is a good product, but its not a miracle worker. If you have damaged hair from heat styling tools like I do, using this product alone wont make your hair healthy. This HELPS, but it cant do the job alone. It does make my hair feel very soft when applying it and when Im washing it out. Just dont wash out ALL of the product, rinse your hair but leave a tiny bit in, enough to make it feel soft and slippery, but not weigh down your hair. I found this worked for me best. Another thing I found worked is to first wash hair with warm water, squeeze out th water, add this product(I only add it to the bottom half end of my hair since my ends are the most damaged), make my hair into a bunch and hold it with both of my hands to use the warmth of my hands to help it, leave like that for at least 4 minutes, then rise with COLD water. The cold water helps the hair follicles close and reduces frizz. After 5 uses Im starting to see the difference, it is helping, but I dont use it alone, after I towel dry my hair I apply a light anti-friz shine spray by treseme to make the ends look healthier. No more heat styling tools on your hair! Not even a blow dryer unless its not hot air.

Got this for my mom, she loves it and has been using it for a few months now. The packaging has been updated with a taller tub. I saw that someone in the reviews thought it was fake because of the updated packaging. I saw this new packaging at Sallys as well, which sells this product for almost twice as much.

I am soooo in love with this product. I have been using it for last 1 year and have ditched all other hair conditioners altogether. It has a subtle scent and gives very high moisturizing to my hair which makes them shine. My hair are naturally straight and after using it I do not have to do anything with my hair, just comb once and I am good to go. Have recommended it to multiple friends and they have been very happy with it too. Highly recommended.
