> 3 dayThe white ceramic cups - the threads were stripped on the inside where it screws onto the torch. I resorted to use a strip of electrical tape to hold it on. It didnt matter anyway because it broke in half after I lightly grazed it on a wire brush. Yes... I know they are all somewhat brittle, but come on... lets all be friends with Reality. They sold me factory seconds or rejects and figured I wouldnt find out until after 30 days. Yep... they got me. The seller is unresponsive after they can no longer be held accountable by Amazon. My guess -the seller will soon abandon this account and start up a new one under a different name.

Greater than one weekBelieve it or not Lotos gave the red case and brown case LTP5000D the same model number, LTP5000D. But they do not use the same consumables. When purchasing consumables, check the description title carefully. If it doesnt specifically say brown color then they will not fit the brown case LTP5000D. As of this writing, I am aware of 4 sets of consumables on Amazon that fit the brown case LTP5000D. There are two types, one includes the metal stand off and the other type does not. > 3 dayThe extra accessories were helpful. They fit and worked as advertised. Was a bit difficult making sure they were the correct pieces. Their should have been a list of all accessory and their numbers in the description including the straight line and circle cutting guide
